Bilingual (Spanish-English) speaking VA

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer who can speak Spanish and English.
Tasks:
Follow up with pending leads
Make sure that the leads will send over the documents
Inbound and Outbound calls
Ad hoc admin tasks

Qualifications:
C2 English is required - please submit your 30-sec voice recording
Must have a background in Customer Service
Must be friendly and knows how to engage with clients
Must have empathy, be patient, understanding, and able to create a positive relationship with customers
Proactive and a problem solver
Must know basic etiquette in handling calls and writing emails
