Real Estate Acquisition, Cold Calling, Lead Generation Virtual Assistant Wanted

Wanted - Lead generation, Cold calling, Text Marketing, Office Admin, Appointment setting, Team management, recruiting, Business Research & More

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Some things I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is,

*Lead Generation (Pulling lists of properties via Propstream & other platforms)
*Data entry (Putting said properties in an excel spreadsheets, researching & editing data)
*Cold calling and text marketing (reaching out to potential sellers and pre-qualifying them)
*Recruiting & Team management ( Eventually we plan on hiring other VA’s and will be requiring you to train and manage them)
*Sending and responding to emails

Keep in mind!! Cold calling is one of the main components of this position so we are looking for a candidate who's english is above average, Also we do most of our marketing from 11am to 7pm Eastern

I am looking for a full time employee. Lead generation will be able to be done at any hour on selected days, but marketing days will most likely be a graveyard shift as I know our time zone is eastern standard and we are 12 hours behind the philippines.
