JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly qualified virtual assistant who can provide exceptional sales support via email and chat, think outside the box, and has strong sales background to reach our business goals. The position we want to hire for is Sales Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will need to -

1. Handle sales emails.
2. Handle objections from interested prospects.
3. Supervise our sales team and create templates for commonly asked sales objections.

**No cold-calling. All our sales are handled via email and chat. **

Salary - We are looking for full-time VAs. We have a generous salary structure. We are looking to start with a salary of ~ $750 USD per month (negotiable).

Pre-requisites:

The ideal candidate must possess the following -

- Proficiency in English
- Sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Effective communication (written English)
- Strong listening abilities
- Business acumen
- Ability to think strategically (outside the box)

Roles & Responsibility:

We are a social media marketing company. We have found that the most effective sales channel for our company is email marketing. Hence, we focus mainly on permission-based email marketing where we reach out to prospects via email and ask them if they would be interested in our social media marketing services.

As a sales supervisor, you will provide pre-sales support for our prospects who want to sign up for our social media services but are hesitant because they might have questions or objection(s). We currently have 100+ templates in our OHG (objection-handling guide). Our OHG will assist you in handling sales objection(s). We will also provide you with in-depth information about our company's products and services so that you are able to create your own responses & handle objections that are yet not mentioned in our Upgrade to see actual info addition, you will help us expand our OHG by creating more email templates that will improve sales efficiency for the entire team.

Your job would be to address inquiries about our packages and services, provide information on billing and payment plans, handle sales objections, and assist the sales team by creating templates for OHG (objection-handling guide). You will never need to cold call anybody. We only use email and chat as sales channels.

Are you the right fit?

The right person for this role will be a self-starter who can think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to sales objections. They should also have excellent communication skills (written) and should be able to prioritize tasks while managing their workload Upgrade to see actual info addition, they should also have strong organizational skills, project management experience and a "can do" attitude.

What would you do in such a situation?
