I am looking for a MARKETING AGENT with sales and marketing skills. Must be well versed in speaking and writing in English! Must be reliable and ready to work! MUST HAVE RELIABLE and STABLE INTERNET/WIFI CONNECTION!

Job Responsibilities include:

-Identify and Market all local referral centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors' offices, and other health providers) and manage newly generated lead sources
-Arrange presentations of our home care services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor's offices, and private companies
-Negotiates contracts with third-party payors, government agencies, and other entities requesting services
-REPORTS TO Director of Business Development
-Manages marketing operations and establishes and implements marketing initiatives
-Establishes systems for consistent market assessment and develops a marketing plan designed to meet Agency goals
-Establishes and maintains mutually beneficial working relationships with current and potential referral sources and payors
-Negotiates pricing with insurance case managers and other payors within acceptable standards of practice
-Participates with the management team in strategic planning activities, identifying opportunities to improve services and better meet customer needs
-Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Agency’s markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors
-Develops and maintains information on available community resources, and assists customers and staff in accessing services or information
-Participates in the annual Agency evaluation in areas of marketing, program development, growth and expectations
-Prepares reports of marketing activities and effectiveness
-Works collaboratively with staff to assure a consistent message to the customers and the community
-Performs other duties and responsibilities as deemed reasonably necessary
