JOB OVERVIEW

We operate brands and are looking for someone who knows how to handle customer support and be our brand community manager.

The initial pay for this role depends on your experience and will vary between $3 to 6 per hour. We are looking for serious and reliable individuals. This is not a part-time job, but a full work experience with an established US company that has multiple virtual assistants already hired and all working together on various tasks.

Some of the things you will be doing:
- managing customer interactions
- managing facebook, instagram, twitter, pinterest comments
- managing our facebook group
- providing customer support through reamaze
- providing voice support for customers
- following up with customers

For this you will need to provide voice support and have a noise cancelling mic and be available during USA business hours for phone support.
