Estimator - For Australian Commercial Office Fitout

Commercial Office Fitout Estimator - working under senior estimator and all applicants must:

ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT A VOICE RECORDING OF APPROX. 1 MINUTE AS TO WHY THEY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE. IF NO RECORDING IS SUBMITTED THEN THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

1. Have previous experience with reading plans, take offs, item selection, adding costs.
2. Skills in working with Workflow Max or similar costing tool.
3. Be able to add details to proposals and have an orderly manner and ability to prepare the proposal suitable for client issue.
4. Understand plans and convert this to take offs/spreadsheet
5. Ability to read and write excellent English
6. Excellent English communication skills. American, Australian or neutral English accent preferred.
7. Preferred but not essential to have worked with an Australian company or USA.

Applicants that do not meet the above criteria will be noted as not suitable.

All applicants need to submit previous experience.
