JOB OVERVIEW

We have an opening for an Operations Manager who embodies the elements of leadership, management & operations in the position. Do you have a growth mindset and enjoy having fun at the same time?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed to high standards with maximum efficiency
Provide concierge-like interactions and “white-glove” service to clients and team
Keep our team accountable by implementing systems and checks and balances
Manage business email and keep track of KPI’s
Ensure all calls, emails, and leads are logged into the database with a reminder system for follow up
Keep co-founders organized, manage calendar/schedule, and keep them informed of any issues and to-do’s
Create agendas and record meeting minutes
Keep all digital files and database organized and up to date
Track income and expenses and generate financial reports (QuickBooks online)
Coordinate and implement lead generation and marketing efforts through social media, email campaigns, and utilizing our CRM
Develop, implement, and manage consistent, quality-controlled systems and timelines for all operational activities
Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
Manage assigned projects to support business development
Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, and events
Additional duties may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications Needed:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Business development, operations, and project management experience
Bachelor’s degree
Advanced level skills including Microsoft Excel, Word
Bookkeeping experience preferred (not required)
Marketing experience (graphic design and social media)
3+ years of administrative and management experience
