Talented virtual assistant needed for marketing agency

I need a virtual assistant that will be able to help me when I get behind on my test because I run a marketing agency. Must be superb on English skills.

Needs to have a phone connection to make phone calls to the US for me.

Pay and track my bills, do research for web content on my website. Etc


Must be able to call US numbers.

Permanent position with salary raises plus bonuses which will be based performance.
