We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Growth Marketer to join our team at our fast-growing bitcoin-only financial technology company.

As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for growing our organic channels and driving user acquisition through strategic and data-driven marketing campaigns. You will have a deep understanding of the latest growth marketing techniques and will be able to quickly test, iterate, and optimize campaigns to drive meaningful Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to develop and execute growth strategies that align with our company's overall goals. You will be expected to continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of your campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve their effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the latest growth marketing techniques and tools, as well as experience working with organic channels such as search engine optimization, content marketing, and social media marketing. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and be able to quickly adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement through organic channels
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of your campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize their effectiveness
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to align growth strategies with our overall company goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing techniques and tools, and identify new opportunities to drive results

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on organic channels
- Strong understanding of growth marketing techniques and tools, such as SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and able to adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities
- Experience working in the financial technology industry, particularly with bitcoin, is a plus but not required.

BONUS:
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience with Webflow.
- Familiarity with bitcoin or crypto.

- Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted.
