We are a Los Angeles based home health agency and operate on a 24/7 basis. We are looking for 2-3 individuals to support our operations on Mon to Fri from 530pm to 9am US Pacific time, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Much of this time will be handling any inbound support calls from patients or from staff. We require that all phone calls be answered and that
Most times there is very little activity managing inbound support, and there are other responsibilities that may be assigned, including, but not limited to:
* Recruiting - calling/interviewing any candidates who apply
* Data entry - receiving notes from nurses and entering them into our system
* Billing support -
* Special Projects - one off projects that may arise from time to time
There may be a lot of down time on your shifts, and this doesn't require that you be tied to a desk the entire time, but does require that you be able to receive calls and respond to
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Have educational background or work experience in the medical field, ideally an RN
* Detail oriented
* Strong problem solving skills, able to work independently as needed
