Wordpress VA & Pinterest manager

I am looking for a new VA for my Bamboo Upgrade to see actual info's all about growing bamboo plants and bamboo products. Fluent English skills are an absolute requirement.

This is what I need help with:
• Uploading articles: they are written and include links already but you would have to source photos which is sometimes very very tricky in this niche
• Comments: delete spam that made it through the spam filter and answer comments
• Create pins & pin to Pinterest (using PSD or canva)
• Create Google webstories
• Editing older articles: adding some new links, tagging them properly – just some minor tasks to improve the content and searchability
• Some keyword research
• Maybe creating some newsletter emails
• Some research for products or bamboo species
• Maybe answer emails if you’re up for it

What you can expect froUpgrade to see actual info:
• Great training to get you acquainted with the tasks and website
• I have processing sheets to make the start and workflow easier – it’s basically checklists to follow so you don’t forget steps.
• I am working with Trello for task Upgrade to see actual info makes things very easy to stay on top of things.
• Flexible work times (just don’t expect me to be available for answers when it’s out of my work time)
• Off on holidays
• I always pay on time
• I’ll pay 30000 PHP per month for 30h per week. This also has a potential of a full-time position depending on your skill Upgrade to see actual info mainly depends on how many tasks you’re able to take off my shoulders and how well we work together.
• I will, of course, pay the 13th month next year.

Please tell me about your experience & skills that are necessary for the job. Do not apply if you have no clue how to use the following: Wordpress, software to crop images to a specific ratio and file size (such as Photoshop), and Pinterest.
