Our company needs Rockstars to join our Junior Application Support Team ! We offer Very Competitive Salary & Incentives !

Our company is based in United States. We are the largest virtual accounting firm for small businesses within the US and We love to work with Filipino talents as we make our expansion.

Your role as Junior Application Support is relatively a Support Role who specializes more on the following:

-Effective resolution and prioritization of customer support requests related to Proprietary Software including, but not limited to bank feed issues, product inquiries, product feedback, etc.
-Respond to the customer by email and/or phone within our targeted initial response times, to either resolve the issue or request further information/clarification regarding the issue.
-Maintain a high quality of written communication in an agreed style and format.
-Application of technical knowledge and experience to support and assist with ticket resolution.
-Where necessary, consult with other teams for their input in diagnosing and providing the customer with a resolution to the issue
-Where necessary, engage with third-party software vendors to ensure issues are being worked on and resolved
-Where appropriate, escalating feedback received from customers to ensure continuous improvement of the software application.
-Collaborate with Data Analyst on reporting relaying support tickets
-Contribute to departmental initiatives and identification of opportunities for process improvement
-Analyzing and looking through application logs to help resolve product bugs/issues
-Improve and document the technical processes around application support
-any other reasonable, assigned tasks deemed necessary to the operation of the Business.

What days/hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST, Full-time job
(Note : this may vary depending on the need of the Team )

How will I be paid?

• Paid weekly via Wise
• $600-$650 USD Per Month plus a Very Promising Incentive Bonus

Requirements for the Job :
-must be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
-Ability to analyze information and make sound recommendations
-Ability to adjust to changing priorities
-Must demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy and be able to work with a variety of personalities
-Ability to communicate with others in a concise, productive and professional manner - both verbally and in writing
-Demonstrated ability dealing with escalated customer issues
-Strong information-gathering and troubleshooting skills
-Proficient with Microsoft, Excel and Google Suite
-Tech-savvy
-Website debugging experience preferred
- have at least 3 or more years experience in BPO (Telco Account)
- have Outstanding Work Ethics
- excellent English both Oral & Written
- have Smooth English Dialect (No local Accent can be detected)
- quick thinker with spontaneity conversing in English Language
- have a designated work space free from noise, computer with updated version & capacity , good quality of noise cancelling headset
- Internet Speed should be at least 10mbps both for upload & download.
- can work under Time Tracker.
