Customer Support Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate customer service professional to engage with customers on behalf of the company. You will be in the front line when it comes to providing support for clients and customers to ensure their product and service satisfaction. You will be processing orders, escalating complaints across a number of communication channels, and walking customers through the services and products offered.

To succeed in this role, you must have enough patience and empathy toward customers and must have the initiative to maintain an understanding of customer needs and customer service best practices.

Skills and Requirements:
— At least two years of meaningful experience as a Customer Service Representative
— Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
— Demonstrated problem-solving and consulting skills
— Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business environment
— Knowledge and willingness to learn the usage of the following software: Skype, Zoom, Dropbox, Hubstaff, WordPress, Lastpass, Basecamp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shopify, Tidio, Zendesk, Clickbank, Kunaki, Konnektive CheckoutChamp, Canva, Pinterest, Infusionsoft, and iContact
— Basic knowledge of Social Media Management & Customer Support using Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube, and Twitter
— Active Listening skills
— Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required
— A positive working attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
— Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
— Ability to keep all critical information private (confidentiality)
— Tech-Savvy
— Has a reliable working PC, a stable internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset
— Punctuality
— Teamwork and collaboration skills
— Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any task
— Comfortable working with a time-tracking tool

Duties and Responsibilities:
— Provide new customers with introductory information for products and services offered
— Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer customer questions
— Troubleshoot common issues concerning products and services, handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives through chat, email, and phone calls
— Answer incoming customer live chat regarding issues, service questions, and general client concerns
— Document issues and resolutions that arise from chat queries and offer quick and accurate assistance to customers
— Request customer feedback and assessment about their experiences by calling them and providing assistance if needed
— Create process documentation and instructional videos of the assigned tasks
— Collect data and provide a summary of website statistics and list numbers

About our Company:

Exercises For Injuries has been in operation since 1999, and we constantly expand our workforce. We have employed several virtual assistants for more than ten years, and the primary virtual assistant has been with us for over ten years. Currently, our company has more than 60 full-time virtual assistants.

We are seeking someone who is self-reliant, resourceful, able to resolve issues, and capable of remaining adaptable and open to new ideas. We require someone who can finish jobs on time with minimal supervision.

You must be open and comfortable working a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7, and you must be open to rotational shift work.
