RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST - permanent work from home, morning shift

We are urgently looking for RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
MORNING SHIFT, FIXED WEEKENDS OFF and permanent REMOTE set-up.
Competitive Salary: 40,000 - 45,000

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience handling international campaigns.
• Experience in hiring Bookkeepers, VAs, Social Media Managers for Au and US clients is a huge advantage
• Experience in cold calling is a must
• Has good command in the English language (both speaking and writing)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in using ATS preferably Zoho
• Good track record in meeting recruitment targets
• With good customer service orientation
• Well-versed in multi-tasking
