Amazon Specialist

Hello,
We are an e-commerce company based in the United States and South Korea.
We are looking for an Amazon Specialist.

Requirements for the position are:
Account Operation Management - knowledgeable of the functionalities of Amazon e-commerce platform- product listing, setting up Amazon Ads Campaigns, Product Listing Optimization, Amazon CPC Optimization; content Ideation on Infographics, product content; estimate Monthly Sales and Request for Restock
Customer Support Orientation- dealing with customers with professionalism, patience and people-centeredness; responding to customer service issues (even on weekends), management of Amazon Consumer Communication
Data Management- inputting data into the database with care and keen eye for detail, monitoring Daily Inventory and Sales, Shipments status, Keyword Ranking, Inventory Performance Dashboard, Marketing Dashboard; has good file and account management
Product Research- detail-oriented, experience to conduct product analysis and target keyword search
