Experienced Shopify VA

We are looking for a highly-experienced customer service VA for an e-commerce business.

Main responsibilities:

-Email customer support: shipping & delivery, product details, return/exchange, assistance with placing the order and other inquiries.
-Assisting with complex customer issues by providing favorable and tailored individual responses

Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Freshdesk, Asana, Slack
- Impeccable communication skills - this means excellent grammar & spelling too!
- Quick learner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem solving
