Copywriting Team Manager

We are looking for a qualified team manager to manage a team of copywriters and provide effective guidance for the smooth operations of the business. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on a daily basis and making sure that client projects are managed and completed correctly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

As an online team manager, you will be the contact point for all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engaging the team to achieve goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the right-hand person of the CEO
Manage a team in a remote setting
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Encourage creativity and risk-taking
Suggest and organize team-building activities
