- Analyse, plan and develop scheduled projects
- Liase with the development team and the end client
- Deliver a detailed report daily to higher management
- Monitor and manage team progress
- Establish and implement training processes for all technical personnel
- Determin and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all staff members
- Hold regular technical teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options for each project
- Udate and maintain all production technologies helping to ensure all proper maintenance and installation is achieved
- Monitor daily deposits of repositories on Github
- Recruit and train future employees to fulfil posted positions within the technical department

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THE ROLE

- A clear understanding of the project management  process, strategies and methods
- A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision making and supervising teams
- Experience training rising talent in the technology department
- The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles
- Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in web based technology prefererably in PHP, Javascript
