Shopify Developer

About the companies.

We are looking for a Shopify Developer to help with Shopify development needs such as (but not limited to) theme edits, side cart improvements, landing pages, CRO enhancements that we want to implement, and much more.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with UX/UI design team to help develop an innovative front-end experience for customers.
- Have a great understanding to create a seamless connection with marketing tools, pixels, Shopify Apps, etc. to help optimize stores for better performance.
- Be able to identity bugs on the store and come to the team with solutions to get these bugs fixed for better site performance.
- Help optimizing websites for increased conversion rates based on new designs from the UX/UI teams.

Qualifications

- A great understanding of the entire Shopify dashboard (admin, theme, settings, home, analytics, etc.)
- Strong programming knowledge of “Liquid” for Shopify Stores and Shopify Themes is a must-have.
- Be able to develop Shopify 2.0 themes.
- Understanding landing page builders like “Replo” is a big plus.
- Overall knowledge in JSON REST API with Auth to help develop themes, apps, cart functionality, and more.
- Understanding Google Optimize for split testing different CRO (conversion rate optimization) is a plus.
- Great English and communication skills. We will communicate via Slack channels.
