Looking for part time Video creator for youtube videos - EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Hello there,

I am starting my new youtube channels because I got banned from my old account.
Looking for someone who has experience in creating high quality videos and thumbnails as well.
Should be familiar with AI websites (easy to learn anw).
It is a must that you speak good english and have good communication and creative skills.
I do not care the hours that you would be working as long my job is done. Depends how quick you are but I am looking for 15 - 20hrs per week.
After 4 months will give out some percentage of my youtube channel to you as sort of motivation(Will figure it out later).

Last but not least, to finish the hiring process you will need to make me 2 5 minutes videos to see your skillset.
