Real Estate Cold Caller

I am seeking a virtual assistant to support my real estate team in acquiring new seller lead opportunities. The right candidate will make cold calls to local property owners using Google voice. Part of the role will include tracking down phone numbers for property owners, inputting verified phone numbers into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, and scheduling follow up phone calls, texts, and/or emails to those contacts. C2 level mastery of the English language preferred. Bonus opportunities available if appointment leads to a successful property closing/conveyance.

“Hi Upgrade to see actual infodeiros, this is [your name]. When we spoke last week, you mentioned that you wanted to receive comparative market analysis with a valuation for your home. I just wanted to follow up with you to see if you received it yet, or if you had any follow up questions? Feel free to give me a call back at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
