Paralegal / Legal Migration Administrative Assistant – Online

Australian Immigration Specialists provide advice and handle visa applications based on updated Australian Immigration regulations. We love assisting people from all around the world to obtain temporary and permanent residency visas to live and work in Australia.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and committed person to join our small, friendly team to provide administrative and legal research support for visa application preparation and lodgements.

Duties include the following:
• Document reviews
• Preparation of visa applications
• Write and edit statements
• Liaison with clients including email correspondence
• Legal research related to immigration regulations
• Monitor regulations and policy updates
• Other Admin duties as required

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Attention to detail is essential
• Must be super organised and possess strong time management skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to be super switched-on, alert and focused
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Highly driven, motivated and enthusiastic
• Initiative and critical thinking skills are essential in order to suggest ways to improve processes and analyse and resolve issues
• Strong computer literacy skills, familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and strong typing speed
• Must be able to prove at least a few years of work experience as a Paralegal in a related field working with client cases/files and a series of documents
• Must have a genuine and strong interest working on client visa application cases including legal research aspects

Work conditions include:
• Work hours 9.00am – 6.00pm Sydney time
• Monday to Friday
• Work location: Online from Philippines
• Initial trial and training salary 25,000 PHP
• Training will be provided
