Hi! My Name is Sam, and I am looking for a superstar executive assistant / personal assistant to help me manage my daily tasks across multiple businesses.
I am very well experienced in working with teams in PH, I love your culture - and honor things like 13th month etc.
For this job role, I am requiring that you are able to work throughout working hours in EST time-zone, and has exceptional english communication skills.
The right person will be friendly, but firm - and incredibly organized (there are many moving pieces across multiple businesses that will need to maintain organization).
If you are someone who loves to voice their opinion, and offer solutions/advice where you can - I would love to hear this. I am not looking for a 'yes man/woman' who just agrees with everything I say without considering the context first.

- Mainly Amazon
- Shopify
- eBay
- Service based - Marketing Agency
- SaaS Founder - advertising management platform
- Airbnb/property rental
- Podcast
The tools I use on a daily basis are;
ClickUp
Slack
Google Drive
Microsoft Teams
Shopify
Amazon seller central
I do not need you to be an expert in any of these areas/tools, but any experience in these would be a good bonus.
The Role will include, but not limited to;
Work EST working hours
Join all meetings I am involved in to take notes and create tasks/update projects
Email
Personal Admin tasks
Bookkeeping
Organizing projects
Manage freelancer projects/conversations
Main goal is to allow me to free up time from admin to spend more time in other areas of the businesses - wherever I can be removed from a decision process the better.
