Experienced Car/EV YouTube Faceless Video Editor

I need an experienced Car/EV YouTube Faceless video editor.

Do you have experience working with a channel with over 50,000 subscribers?

Do you have experience creating a video with over 100,000 views?

Here are the requirements:

This is for reference when editing:
1. No clips over 7 seconds
2. Channel credits (bottom left in small font)
3. Background music
4. Each clips/visual should match the voiceover in some way
5. Sync with voiceover, this is hard to explain but basically the visuals should flow well the pace should match the VO.
6. Transitions should be used but if they are used too much I have found it to be annoying and not productive.
7. On screen text when appropriate. I haven’t understood how this helps with retention but I think it helps with the information.
8. Background animations, this helps “transform” the content which is important with reused content on YouTube.
9. Like the reference video I sent, I do like the animations that pop up and the figures on the screen, I think it helps the viewer feel like the content is more original.
