Website builder / designer

Looking for a well rounded person who has a lot of experience with websites. Building and designing them from scratch or a template. has worked with Wordpress, weebly is recommended. We do not use those platforms for our current builds.

We are not going to be using any coding for the site, but, knowing how to is a plus because we have some sites that use code.
You must be very creative and like to learn how to use the platform.
