Web Developer Responsibilities:
• Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
• Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
• Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
• Directing or performing website updates.
• Editing, writing, or designing website content, and directing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers/marketing consultant who produce content.
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
Graphics Designer
• Create innovative designs for brochures as per our branding guidelines in digital and in print.
• Work with OmniLyte team and marketing consultants to assess design needs from initial planning stages to implementing project launch
• Ensure illustrations, artwork and all layouts meet brand guidelines
• Develop and maintain relations with outside creative and technical vendors and other third parties
• Provide basic design/creative support for issues that arise.
Administration-Virtual Assistant
• Respond to emails and phone calls in the absence of office staff
• Schedule meetings
• Book travel and accommodations
• Manage a contact list
• Update CRM in HubSpot
• Organize managers’ calendars if required.
• Perform daily tasks such as research, time management, email management, and communication with various partners of independent companies.
• Create presentations, as assigned
• Save files in appropriate folders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5-10 years relevant experience, Proficient in WordPress, Wix and other website development software, proficient in graphics design software (Illustrator etc. Publisher and other graphics design software.
