Graphic Design Assistant

Work with InDesign templates linked to Excel proformas to update copy and relink to new versions ad hoc. We need someone to take our edits (that we will often deliver after hours) and then work to make the changes overnight (Morning Shift Manila Time) so that we have fresh versions in the morning. The work will come and go in phases. At this Upgrade to see actual infont, part-time is likely fine. The key is a deep understanding of InDesign and linking it to Excel. We have a system they will need to learn and take direction from People within the company.

Task list for Graphic Design Assistant:
• Edit investment memos overnight (US night) in InDesign per the direction and comments of the DXD collaborators and Graphic Designer
• Relink and troubleshoot within InDesign templates linking to Excel
• Assist Graphic Designer as needed in brand-consistent slides
• Assist Graphic Designer in creating brand consistent maps for different markets
• Work proficiently and quickly in InDesign and understand linking and automation between InDesign and Excel
