Affiliate Expert

We are actively seeking an Affiliate Marketing Expert to help us connect with like-minded people in the home, garden, and 3C market. You will be responsible for identifying, reviewing, cultivating, and managing both new relationships and nurturing existing partnerships. Proactive recruiting and relationship-building with potential affiliates is a must, as is using data to assess the optimum way to meet our goals. You must also be able to brief us on the budget for acquisition costs, performance of current and newly acquired traffic, assess conversion rates, and proactively anticipate the needs for retention and growth.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent multitasker with strong analytical skills capable of meeting deadlines, working flexible hours, and being an ultimate team player. We need someone who can both envision short- and long-term plans for effective affiliate marketing and strategize with us to increase traffic and elevate our brand. They will need to become familiar with our product and how it fits into the niche marketing.

Ideally, you will have 3+ years experience in a marketing or strategizing role, preferably in digital media or a SaaS or e-commerce company. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - is a must, as you will be working in a team environment where you need to discuss and relate to marketing, social media, and management teams at various levels. Experience with affiliate marketing network solutions a plus, but not a requirement.
