Social Media Manager – Online

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Social Media Manager who can handle all tasks related to social media marketing across a series of social media marketing platforms for 2 company websites:

- Australian Immigration Specialists - we provide advice, recommendations and assess eligibility for prospective applicants around the world to obtain a temporary or permanent residency visa to live or work in Australia
- Liberty Property Buyers - we locate Australian properties for investors to build wealth through regional property investments

All candidates must be able to prove skills and work experience related to the following:

Requirements and duties:
• At least 3 years of proven experience related to Social Media Marketing
• Excellent English communication skills are required including strong reading and writing ability
• Monitor and manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meetup, Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter
• Plan and schedule content across all channels posting several times per week
• Monitor and respond to all incoming connection requests, messages and enquiries via social media platforms
• Produce creative and attractive content (images, videos, written content) for all social media channels
• Advise, recommend and implement new strategies to maximise reach to prospective clients and target market
• Report on new trends and insights across all channels
• Provide regular reports on marketing campaigns and social media channel activity and highlight non-performing activity where applicable
• Analyse social media platform activity reports to identify trends, issues, areas for opportunity and create action plans to improve performance and results
• Work closely with and liaise with Directors and SEO Managers in relation to social media marketing requirements where necessary
• Strong working knowledge of all social media platforms including facebook ads and online marketing
• Experience with video editing and graphics tools such as canva to produce and edit online content
• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to think creatively and analytically, attention to detail and strong focus on quality

Work conditions include:

• Full time 9am to 6.00pm Sydney time
• Monday to Friday
• Initial monthly trial salary 25,000 PHP
• Long term secure position based on ongoing performance
• Immediate start
