Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Our company is looking for a full time position for a cold call/ text acquisitionist ( Must be familiar with REI-REPLY & CALL_TOOLS) who will be responsible for qualifying prospects who would want to sell their home. We contact home owners from LUBBOCK and the north Texas areas based upon certain vexations such as Tax Delinquency. Foreclosure, probate, Divorce and many others. We are looking to purchase these homes so that we can add them to our portfolio or assign them to another local Investers.
All I ask is that you have real estate experience with cold calling ( call tools ) and texting ( Rei Reply ).

ENVIRONMENT :

Remote Sales
Must have a dedicated internet connection
Must be Independent
6-8 hours a day


REQUIREMENTS :
The ability to follow instructions
Cold call / sale experience
Good English
Confident speaking ability
