Social Media and Marketing Manager

I am a sole trader running a growing business so this job will expand over time, but for now, I am looking for someone to help me with sales and marketing . An expert in social media and building brands. I'm currently using Fb, IG and YouTube and want to expand to other platforms.
This business is involves creating uplifting performances for the community on stage and online. Music, acting, dance, and a lot of Upgrade to see actual info is time to expand, and I am looking forward to teaming up with a virtual assistant to expand with me. You will :
Set up ads and marketing campaigns on Facebook., IG, Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter and other platforms.
Create and manage Facebook groups.
Be the community manager responding to questions.
Bring life into the social media groups.
Posting and scheduling content.
Reply to comments.
You will need to look at the current classes, workshops and events on offer and help promote them.
Be able to strategically create campaigns in Australia and have a proven track record in building brand awareness, and definitely a big plus is a proven track history in selling services.
Create monthly newsletters after information has been sent to you, and add the images and "give aways" and send out to email list.
Have an understanding and a desire to work in the field of music, performance arts, and entertainment that is Upgrade to see actual info
You will possess very good English speaking skills. Be able to give proven results for past successful marketing campaigns.
It is very important that you have proven references from other English speaking employers and they are contactable.
