Shift Markets provides cryptocurrency exchange solutions, brokerage trading technology, liquidity, digital asset listing and tokenization services to a global clientele. Our aim is to be a key piece in the infrastructure of digital exchanges, trading technology, and blockchain solutions while providing a better financial ecosystem for our clients and the world around us.

We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our People Operations team for an experienced In-House Recruiter. As our In-House Recruiter, you will be interacting with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across all departments to fill open positions around the globe. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with all phases of recruitment, from posting jobs through interviewing & closing Upgrade to see actual infondidates with experience in a high-growth start-up and with knowledge of the crypto & blockchain space are strongly preferred. This position is a good fit for highly motivated individuals who are eager to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
-Post jobs and source candidates using a variety of search methods
-Review applications and perform phone screens
-Communicate with candidates, process feedback, negotiate salary, and close offers
-Assist with onboarding for new hires
-Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
-Assist with other People Operations duties as needed

Requirements
-Excellent communication skills
-Super organized with great time-management skills
-Ability to work independently with strong results
-Thrives in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities
-Ability to understand and explain job requirements to both technical and non-technical job candidates
-Expertise in effective candidate sourcing strategies
-Good negotiation and closing skills, with a strong emphasis on relationship management
-Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
-A successful track record with meeting deadlines and recruitment targets with high quality results
-Ability to communicate effectively with global candidates who have limited English proficiency

Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in a recruitment role
-Level C2 English
-Bachelor’s degree

The schedule for this position is negotiable, but a minimum of 40 hours per week is Upgrade to see actual infopensation ranges from 600 to 800 USD per month.
