Real Estate Recruiter / Trainer

Our brokerage is growing and we are looking for someone to work with us on our agent recruiting efforts. This job is to contact licensed agents and qualify them to see if they are a good Upgrade to see actual infot up an appointment with our Broker to learn more about our brokerage and how we can help them achieve their business goals. You will also train the agents on how to use our tools and show them how our proven processes work.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have Real Estate experience in recruiting and training licensed agents.
-Knowledgeable in Upgrade to see actual info
-Exceptional computer skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English Language
-Appointment Setting
-Tech-savvy (with google doc/sheets experience)
-Fast and reliable internet

We are looking for a long-term VA and we provide incentives and bonuses after the probationary period.
