Proposal Specialist (Work remotely)

As a Proposal Specialist with WebProvise, your core duty is to ensure that the company’s proposals are fully executed from start to finish. This involves coordinating the proposal process, preparing the actual proposals and presenting them to clients in the United States. Proposal Specialists often work on tight deadlines, and have to perform tasks required to complete a proposal, such as writing, editing and other efforts associated with the process.

What you’ll be responsible for
Delivering compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
Coordinating and reviewing/editing proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product, finance and legal teams
Communicating and influencing the proposal process at all levels
Document template management in line with company branding
Submitting proposals for projects posted on job sites such as Upwork as soon as new jobs are posted

What we’re looking for
Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience
Excellent time management/prioritization skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (writing exercise will be requested as part of the interview process)
Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
Ability to prioritize tasks and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
A “self-starter” attitude in order to make progress in ambiguous situations and a high level of accountability
Desire and eagerness to contribute to the success of the company and grow along with it
Hands-on/team player mentality

Bonus points for
Experience with proposal automation software
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack
