We are looking for a part-time Graphic Design Virtual Assistant who is well versed in the creative and design field to help with the workflow of our design projects and day-to-day tasks.


As the Graphic Design Virtual Assistant, your duties and responsibilities include:
Working directly with the Creative Director.
Assisting with Designing:
– Logos
– Brochures
– Business Cards
– Social media posts
– Business Cards
– Branded Stationery
– Image Editing
– Print Design
– Image Search

– A Strong Background in Graphic Design.
– Word Processing Skills.
– Strong Oral Communication And Writing Skills.
– Adobe Suite (proficiency with Illustrator & Photoshop.)
– Self Motivation And Discipline.
– Quick Thinking And Effective Decision Making.
– Background in assisting in creative projects- takes direction well
– Love For Continuous Learning
- Strong Organizational and Time management skills.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written english
- Solid social media management background (at least 1 year)


Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a requirement.
Must be willing to work under PST (Pacific Standard Time).
