Quality Assurance Analyst with BA work experience

We are looking to build an offshore team in the Philippines as a Support Team. They refer to this as a “lights on function”.

Retail, Payments, eCommerce or Card processing.
BA/QA – a technical BA who has the QA skills but also has worked as a BA
Experience with automation testing, API testing, Postman, SOAP Upgrade to see actual infoually will also have a technical Computer Science / Engineering degree.
Experience with Security Certificates (HTTP / Web)
Experience writing auto scripts and scripting experience in general
