COLD CALLING LEADS
- MUST HAVE GREAT ENGLISH SPEAKING AND WRITTING SKILLS

The desired candidate must have strong language skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, an extremely fast and professional mindset along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound telephone marketing.

Job Duties: *

· Work within a team of VAs

· Make calls, send text messages, and emails for 4 – 8 hours a day

- Working with buyers and gaining buying criteria for they are looking for either single family home or investment property

· Effectively communicate the added-value of our services and build relationships with prospective clients

- Setting appointments for Agents to connect with potential buyers

- Setting 5-7 appointments per day

- Following up with potential buyers, nurturing leads

· All marketing materials will be provided by the company

Skills*
- Knows KV Core CRM or has worked with a real estate team
- Knows how to use KV Core and its features
- Knows how to convert leads in KV Core
- Must know KV Core websites
- Drip Campaigns how to set up
- Lead generation using landing pages etc

- MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK

- Knows how to use Gmail, Google Drive, and is very ORGANIZED

· Exceptional verbal communication skills- has excellent English speaking skills

· Must Be: Energetic, Assertive, Consistent, Self-Motivated, and Tenacious

· Possess strong interpersonal skills

· High level of persuasion

· Resiliency to bounce back and tolerate stress

· Prior real estate experience – a plus
