JOB OVERVIEW
You’ll be responsible for providing our clients with accurate information about their business performance, helping them make decisions for their future growth.

You will work with a small and growing team of awesome people. We’ll provide extensive training.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high quality bookkeeping work
- Coding financial transactions, etc.
- Weekly categorizations & monthly reconciliation
- Coordinating with our bookkeeping team
- Following up w/ clients (asking for info)
- Reconciling accounts
- Discovering and resolving errors
- Preparing financial reports
- Keeping tasks in ClickUp up-to-date

We primarily work with QuickBooks Online.

PAY
$700/month for this full-time role, with a possibility to bump up to $1000 in 3 months if you can hit the ground running. Performance is Upgrade to see actual infoNDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Honest
- Reliable
- Confidentiality
- Fluent in English
- 3-5 years US GAAP-based bookkeeping experience
- Quickbooks Online experience
- Type 50 WPM

Preferred:
- Experience with ClickUp

Work Environment: Be able to work privately (you’re accessing confidential financial information) during business hours.

WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week); 8:00 am - 12:00 pm US Eastern Time + 4hours/day flexi time
