YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
------------------------

• Provide amazing, thoughtful and thorough customer service via our helpdesk & live chat (we use Re:Amaze which it's pretty straightforward)
• Processing returns, exchanges and refunds accurately and efficiently
• Checking inventory and resolving / communicating any issues
• Scanning our social media channels, and answering questions/comments at lightning speed
• Supporting the team with administration and daily tasks
• Reporting
• Other tasks as directed and as you are given more responsibility & show ambition

Future Potential Tasks/Growth Opportunities:

• Creating and managing organic / paid Social Media posts on our social media channels and groups
• Importing products into Vend/Shopify and writing CREATIVE product descriptions that sell in perfect English
• Making sure the listings are attractive including some minor image / video editing

REQUIREMENTS:

- High speed, reliable internet
- Fluent, excellent written English (This is very important)
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
- Customer service experience preferred, but we will train the right person in any case.
