YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
------------------------

SHORT TERM

• Importing products into Vend/Shopify and writing CREATIVE product descriptions that sell in perfect English
• Making sure the listings are attractive including some minor image editing


FUTURE GROWTH OPTIONS:
• Creating and managing organic / paid Social Media posts on our social media channels and groups
• Scanning our social media channels, answering and questions comments at lightning speed
• Responding to and resolving customer queries in a timely fashion through email & live chat
• Provide amazing customer service via our helpdesk (we use Re:Amaze which it's pretty straightforward)
• Supporting the team with administration and daily tasks
• Daily and weekly reporting
• Other tasks as directed and as you are given more responsibility & show ambition

REQUIREMENTS:

- High speed, reliable internet
- Fluent, excellent written English (This is very important)
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
- Customer service experience preferred, but we will train the right person in any case.
