JOB OVERVIEW

We´re looking for a Graphic Designer / Illustrator for our Print on Demand Business.

You should be driven, with a willingness to create images that outperform others in the market. You should be willing to learn how to find good designs to replicate and put your own touch on.

Job Info:
I expect about 10 high quality T-shirt graphics daily (every day of the week), which means I would need 300 designs per month.
Expected payment: 400$/month and more depending on your performance (about 4 USD an hour)
Work time: 4 hours per day
Long time working relationship possible.
Before we start working together I want you to create 3 specific test designs (I will tell you what designs exactly later on).
I will teach you how to find winning product designs to create for my store.

Qualifications
- Artistic ability and creativity
- Must be Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of color balance in print designing
- Experience in designing with a mix of typography and artwork. Understands the importance of balance of art and text designing. This is important for the overall weight of the design
- Organization skills: Able to keep track with the project procedure and its timeline, communicating on trello, communicating and updating in a consistent manner.
- your designs vary in the style
- Ability to produce appealing, independent and unique designs within a given time (target is 140 designs per week)
- Experience in freehand art (type and design) if possible
- No trademark or copyright infringement in the designs you have created
- Complete assignment of the rights to the created design to me
- Fluent English skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Personal initiative with regard to communication in case of problems or uncertainties
