ESL teacher for Japanese adults students NEEDED NOW

Overview
- We’ve been looking for a Filipino teacher ( Home-base ). Experience is welcome, but it’s not required as training will be provided. ( NOTES: Must be 23 or over to apply. )

Company Background
- My company, Yujieigo, started in Nov 2018 and we currently accommodate about 100 ADULT students. I do Youtube video marketing to further expand my company. Currently, there are 4,000? subscribers on YouTube and I'm going to grow it to 20,000 ~ 30,000 subs by the end of 2023. As my company grows, we're in need for more Upgrade to see actual infopany's Vision
- For teachers, my goal is to provide employment security and stable income. Many ESL schools use a booking system, which makes it hard for teachers to get fixed salary and secure their employment. The reason why I was able to master English myself was because of my filipino tutor. She taught me English for 4 hours every day for 3 years. This helped me tremendously. Before I met her, I studied abroad, and tried a bunch of other study methods but none of it worked. She was the one who helped me become fluent and I started my business partly because I've wanted to give back to her country and the people. I also believe that filipinos are excellent teachers for Japanese nationals. Regarding my vision for my students, I want them to master English through the lessons we provide. My life changed drastically because of my English skills. My Japanese students struggle to master English, but I believe that if we work together, we can help them become fluent in the language. I'm looking for someone who shares the same passion and sees the same vision. To conclude, I aspire to make my company the best it can be for the teachers as well as the students.

Rate
-6-day training - Php 2000
( the training starts from 10am japan time and your performance will be evaluated by my employees three times a day. This is to check if you understood everything for the day. What's more, you'll need to teach 10 lessons to finish the training )
-Official employment; Php 19,500 for 160h
-Promotion: if you work with us for a year, you will get a raise and get paid 25000 pesos per month.

Advantages of Working at my company
Many ESL schools incorporate a booking system and doesn't guarantee a fixed salary. Sometimes you don't get enough bookings or these platforms can be tough especially for beginners. I do value experiences, but I prefer someone with a nice personality to be on my Upgrade to see actual info my opinion, teaching skills can be taught through training. We do offer a 6 day intense training where the owner himself is hands-on with the training and you're guaranteed to become excellent at teaching English. Unfortunately soft skills such as friendliness, compassion are very difficult to teach because they're inherent. Payment Method
Transferwise
( The payment will be made twice a month. The employer will shoulder the transaction fee, so you will be getting a full amount of Php 20,000 )

Schedule for the training
- You'll be having a 2h training with your trainers over the course of 6 days. You'll be notified of your schedule a day in advance. The training could be anytime between 10am to 6pm Japan time. You'll be given a document, which lists videos you need to watch as well as other documents you have to read before the training for the day. There will be a briefing before training begins.

Schedule after your official employment starts
- You'll be working for 4.5 - 5.5h a day ( 7 days a week ). We try to give you a schedule focused in the morning, or in the evening. For example, if your first lesson is scheduled at 8am japan time, we will do our best giving you a schedule that ends by 2pm in the afternoon. If your first lesson starts at 4pm, we will give you a schedule that ends by 12am midnight. We'll make a schedule in a way that you won't be working throughout the day. Certainly, there are some days this arrangement is not possible. Because you'll be working every day, we take your free time for the day very seriously, so we'll try to give you the best schedule possible.

Day off
-If you need a day off, you can request one ( must be done a week in advance). Having no day off may sound tough, however, it is not as overwhelming as you’d think. Plus my company is going to incorporate a new system where all the employees can take at least 1 day off a week by the end of 2022 ( it is in process and not active yet )

LASTLY...
-Please note that this is NOT a part-time job. This is a full-time job and you’ll be working for 4.5h~5.5h EVERY DAY. Please also note that you do hire ONLY degree holders ( no undergraduate students ).
