Responsibilities:

Manage the set-up and optimization of hundreds of clients per month on the Google Business Profile platform
Constant email communication with clients to get all the needed information for the set-up/optimization
Create and update contents in client’s GMB profile
Process the optimization report of the optimized clients, provide continuous assistance and troubleshoot issues relating to the client’s GMB profile
Work directly with Google support team to resolve client issues


Requirements:

Min 1-2 years experience in Google services (Google My Business, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Analytics)
The right candidate will be extremely organized and capable of multitasking
Great written English and communication /client management skills
Preferably with background in SEO and basic design skills
Team-player, adaptable and with problem solving skills
Experience with Zendesk and Google Workspace is a plus


System Requirements:

Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required
Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 GB Free disk space
USB Headset
At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main isp
strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup isp


Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard

Rate: rate starts at PHP 45,000
