Lead Gen and Client Coordinator

Hello there! My name is Daniel and I am a Life Coach based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I work with the Human Design system as a main focus/tool in my work with my clients.

I am looking to hire someone to help me with lead generation and customer relations, and to help me with systematizing my business for the best client experience possible. Someone to go into the online spaces where my ideal clients are spending time, to engage and to develop rapport, and to set up discovery calls and sales calls with me.

I use Calendly in my appointment setting process.

I would love to find someone tech and system savvy to help me set up my systems to be as user friendly and simple as possible to provide the best client experiences.

If you are familiar with the Human Design system, that would be a big plus.

What you will be doing as the Client Coordinator:

- Lead Generation and outreach
- Calendar Management
- Follow up with clients and book their next session, and/or upsell them into my Monthly Coaching Programs
- Asking clients for Testimonials after they work with me
- Develop a user friendly systematized experience for my clients so that it’s easy to set up more appointments, buy programs, or to buy sessions for friends and family as gifts
- Social Media Posting and Management

Job Requirements:

- Social media management experience a plus
- Good social media background/presence
- Proficient in English, verbal and written
- Strong communication and people skills
- Strong internet connection
- Own laptop/desktop

VPN knowledge is appreciated. Also, knowing how to log in multiple accounts without detection is a plus. Lastly, must be willing to work under PST (Pacific Standard Time).
