Your B2B Marketing (hopefully the name says it all) is a customer-focused, full-service agency in the US that is experiencing tremendous growth. We spend a lot of time in meetings and calls with our clients and we need someone to support us more behind the scenes who can type quickly and support our strategic communications.

What will you do in this role?
• Work independently on your own as well as part of a virtual team
• Support the agency principal and client account team virtually
• Be a problem-solver who performs research regularly
• Investigate issues where there is no clear roadmap or solution (at first)
• Create, manage and update reports for clients and the agency account team
• Write in English to support the team: emails, messaging tools, reports
• Track time for client reporting
• Quickly learn and work comfortably with a wide range of collaborative digital and SaaS tools

What will your success look like?
• You’ll support our team as we grow. Previous agency and VA experience is a plus!
• You’re able to ask the right questions and anticipate the needs of the client account team in advance.
• You are highly organized and help keep projects on time and budget.
• You show great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task comfortably.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing (or equivalent in working experience and the right skillset/background).
