Objective of Job Position Description:
Paralegal assists the Attorney in preparing and organizing various legal documents for upcoming cases and trials. Their main duties include preparing/filing, Court Documents, Affidavits and Correspondences with Clients, Discussing case details with Attorneys and Clients and organizing different files for different legal

Sort, Organize Exhibits.
Motions and Orders
Findings and Facts
Listen to Audio Recordings, Prepare Court Orders
Prepare Depositions and Summons
Pleadings and Judgments
Client Witness Declaration.
Court Ordered Client Disclosures
Along with many other documents with Samples available
• Review Status of Cases and preparing reports for attorneys;
Understand case deadlines and court deadlines
• Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments.
• Preparing and filing documents with the courts.
• Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases.
• Case Research Needs
• Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
• Review Court Notices filed, calendar the deadlines to respond and
• Review Court filings, look up Parties contact information send client
•Attends Routine Scheduled Meetings with Head US Local Team Manager daily and meets with the Attorney at least once a week.
•Composes e-mails when communicating with Clients
English Major : Bachelor’s Degree
Certified Paralegal, Attorney, or Certificate in applied field,
Must be able to work in any fluctuating environment. Must have empathy for clients in their stressful situation and their loss but also adhere to professionalism in distancing yourself from emotions during uncomfortable, abhorrent, and stressful cases. Understanding that matters within Family Law and Criminal Law are highly sensitive times in our clients’ lives.

Looking for Part-Time moving to full-time (at least 20hrs a week and potentially moving to a 40 hours).
We'd ask that you be available at a set time for routine meetings; Any Hours aside from those times are flexible
