Apparel Factory Liason/Procurement Manager and Designer

I am looking for an assistant and liason to help me find an apparel factory to make hoodies sweatshirts and t shirts. I do not have time to go through all the companies in the Philippines, Vietnam, India Pakistan etc so I am looking for someone with experience with factories and getting me samples to look at. We can work on a freelance, part time basis since I am not sure how much time this may take me and or my hire. I really just need help sorting through factories and getting samples sent to me. If you already have a connection with a factory, that is a big plus.
