Operations Manager

Operations Manager - Remote (Philippines)

We are a small business investment company looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This hybrid role will be part Executive Assistant and part Project Manager, working closely with the owner of the company to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with US-based companies and be comfortable working on Eastern Standard Time. They will be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
** Providing high-level administrative support to the owner, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
** Acting as a point of contact for clients and vendors, handling communications and scheduling
** Supporting the owner in the management of multiple projects, including coordinating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and tracking project progress
** Assisting with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
** Handling a variety of administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document preparation

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or project management role
* Experience working with US-based companies and comfort with working on Eastern Standard Time
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Bonus: experience with Mac and iPhone
