The responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to...
Continuously ensuring the company's ad accounts are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible
Reviewing past ads data to inform your decisions for future ads strategies
Installing and managing
Creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences
Building out campaign frameworks inside ad accounts
Writing ad copy that drives conversions (and/or collaborating with our designer to write ad copy)
Optimizing and scaling campaigns
Providing regular reports to the CEO, which includes ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as any suggestions for creative direction
Work with designer to coordinate graphic design projects
Communicate with the CEO to ensure deadlines are met
Desired Experience and Skills:
Self-starter, motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently with very little supervision
Data Driven
Fluent English with strong written communication skills
Ability to follow directions
Organized and thorough
Responsible and skilled at managing time efficiently
Proactive in finding new solutions and ways to help
Stay knowledgeable about latest ad trends and changing platform rules and algorithms

E-Commerce experience is a MUST HAVE
Attention to detail is essential
Experience with Google Drive
Experience in basic design platforms (i.e. Canva) is a plus, but not required
Experience with any other ad platforms (like Google Ads, Amazon Product Ads and TikTok Ads) is a plus, but not required
