We are a us-based company that focuses on distressed off market properties. We focus on providing convenient solutions to our sellers that are experiencing hardships with their homes or finances. Our team is honest, goal focused and continuously strives to improve our systems and approach. We are extremely hands on with all of our employees and this won't be a position to just clock in and out of. Requirements for the Position:
Must be a proficient english speaker and can carry a conversation with little to no pauses
Must have hardwired ethernet internet connection
Must have cold-calling/Sales experience ideally within real estate
Must have basic data entry skills
Must have fun outgoing and personable energy
Must be coachable, willing and teachable
Must be an active listener and great and collecting and gathering information
Must have a strong emotional intelligence and can communicate with a variety of different cultures
Bi-Weekly training sessions as well as quality control and assurance
Real Estate background, knowledge or experience highly preferred
Looking for a performance based and results driven person

What are the pay and growth opportunities?
6 hours daily - 30 hours a week
$4 base pay
